As a Finance & Business Management Associate in Consumer and Community Banking, you will help optimize business performance by driving key initiatives and serving as a trusted advisor and counterweight to business leaders. Youll be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business risks while delivering high-quality analysis, presentations, and project management support. The role is dynamic and adapts to the priorities of the line of business you support, giving you broad exposure across stakeholders and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad hoc requests spanning project management, presentation development, and business analysisOrganize complex information in a strategic, compelling way, applying strong design acumen and advanced Excel and PowerPoint techniquesCreate wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboardsCommunicate effectively with key business partners to understand projects and drive next stepsProject manage and deliver key workstreams and tasksIdentify key business risks on the platform and drive resolution of mitigating controlsSupport audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables, including action plans within the Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA) frameworkCoordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessionsCollect and maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sitesParticipate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global partners to simplify, improve, and add value to business processesRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
