Join our Global Corporate Banking Technology Business Management team as a Vice President, where youll support senior leaders and advance the Technology teams growth agenda. As a Finance & Business Management (F&BM) Vice President in Global Corporate Banking Technology, you will spearhead strategic initiatives and address ongoing business requirements. Youll collaborate with the Head of Global Corporate Banking Technology, banking teams, and functional partners to boost efficiency and ensure effective communication. This role demands exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to translate complex topics into clear, compelling narratives for senior audiences.

Job Responsibilities

  • Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives, or platforms, aligning department and support groups (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance)
  • Optimize bottom-line business performance by advancing key initiatives across fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilization
  • Identify, escalate, and mitigate business risks that could impair the ability to do business (e.g., legal, tax, regulatory, capacity, extraordinary transaction costs)
  • Analyze financial performance, including expenses, and identify and drive productivity initiatives
  • Partner with the business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and implement related technology and infrastructure projects for an evolving market structure
  • Partner with relevant external service and infrastructure providers
  • Represent the business in internal and external working groups

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in business management, finance, strategy, or a related field
  • Advanced project management, organizational, collaboration, and time management skills
  • Advanced storytelling and writing skills that communicate complex topics simply, plus superior presentation skills that drive meaningful engagement with executive audiences
  • Comfort working with employees at various seniority levels and locations while building dynamic internal relationships, including ability to steer and indirectly coach other team members
  • Advanced understanding of banking trends and experience in the financial services industry
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills 

  • Commercial, Corporate, or Investment Banking experience
  • Familiarity with internal JPMorgan Chase systems (e.g., Salesforce, Company IQ, Client Central, PitchPro)

 

This position is subject to Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance Act. As such, an employment offer for this position is contingent on JPMorganChases review of criminal conviction history, including pretrial diversions or program entries
