Job Responsibilities
- Implement new business strategy, strategic initiatives, or platforms, aligning department and support groups (Finance, Technology, Operations, Legal, Compliance)Optimize bottom-line business performance by advancing key initiatives across fees, cost base, RWA, and capital utilizationIdentify, escalate, and mitigate business risks that could impair the ability to do business (e.g., legal, tax, regulatory, capacity, extraordinary transaction costs)Analyze financial performance, including expenses, and identify and drive productivity initiativesPartner with the business, Operations, and Technology to define future workflows and implement related technology and infrastructure projects for an evolving market structurePartner with relevant external service and infrastructure providersRepresent the business in internal and external working groups
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
