As an Early Careers Coordination Specialist within the Early Careers team, you will help in supporting all key coordination activities as part of the campus season. The team is responsible for delivering more than 1,000 diverse future leaders into entry-level analyst programs across multiple businesses and corporate areas at JPMorganChase.  If you are looking for a fast-paced, dynamic environment, where variety and multi-tasking occurs daily, this is where you want to be.

Job responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate and execute in person and virtual interview days, liaising with candidates and recruiters to arrange interviews and respond to any general recruitment or application queries in a timely manner
  • Manage candidate queries in a timely manner, maintain accurate and consistent information in the relevant systems, ownership of shared mailboxes
  • Own all aspects of campus event logistics, send invites, confirmations, and post event follow-ups to candidates, serve as main point of contact for candidates, process and track event expenses and invoices
  • Participate in project management for Early Careers flagship programmes, including the organization of the summer internship experience and spring insight events
  • Share innovative solutions to add value, anticipate needs, and work through ways to streamline processes
  • Travel occasionally to support programme activities and events

 

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Effective organization, planning and multi-tasking skills, while also maintaining high quality and attention to detail
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in a rapidly changing environment
  • Strong attention to detail and strong focus on data integrity
  • Team player combined with motivation to work individually
  • Sophisticated written and verbal communication skills and presence, positioning the Coordinator to serve as a consultant to internal clients and an ambassador of the firm to external candidates at all levels; inclination towards seamless relationship-building with internal partners and global counterparts
  • Ability to handle (and thrive in) a fast-paced, high-pressured environment with high volumes

 

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Industry experience or experience within event management 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
