Full Job Description
You take ownership across the full software development lifecycle from analysis and solution design to implementation, testing, and documentation
You apply test-driven development and drive automation of functional, integration, and regression tests
You ensure compliance with governance and security requirements
You actively contribute to build and deployment processes and continuously improve them
You collaborate closely with IT, business stakeholders, and external service providers
You contribute to software quality through best practices and quality assurance measures
You analyze incidents and problems and deliver sustainable solutions
Strong knowledge of Java and common frameworks such as Spring (Boot) and Hibernate
Experience with synchronous and asynchronous communication protocols (e.g. REST/HTTP, Kafka)
Confident with build tools, version control systems, and CI/CD processes, ideally in an Azure environment
Hands-on experience in test automation (implementation and operation)
Experience working in agile environments, e.g. Scrum
Structured, goal-oriented, and solution-driven working style
Strong communication skills and team mindset
High willingness to learn and develop further
Good English skills, both written and spoken
