Mission

The Authorities Requests Investigations team, part of the Fraud Monitoring and Prevention Department, is looking for a Junior team member to join us. Our team is responsible for managing the relationship with State Authorities by handling their requests for information and documentation.

As a Junior team member, you will play a key role in the initial stages of processing these requests, acting as a reliable support in ensuring that each case is handled accurately and efficiently from the very beginning.

About the team

We are a small team, full of energy and driven by the desire to manage a sensitive activity. We love the activity; we work with many applications and data types. We support each other, share knowledge with each other, and are open to innovation and learning. We are very rigorous with the quality of our work that represents us further to the State Authorities.

Your day to day

  • Receive requests for information from the authorities detailed in the Internal Working manual.

  • Inserts into the database / internal platform all the data related to requests received from authorities.

  • Requests information and documents from the internal departments of the Bank.

  • Extracts and processes directly the data from the Bank's IT systems, where it has direct access, according to the degree of expertise.

  • Draw up the response to low complexity requests based on data and documents extracted from the Bank's IT systems and/or received from collaborating departments.

  • The role is primarily office-based and involves day-to-day on-site activities, working closely with internal systems and documentation.

What you bring to the team

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Solid technical proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and validation.

  • Ability to maintain a high level of concentration over extended periods.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal).

  • Proactive attitude, with the ability to take initiative and adapt easily to changing requirements.

  • High level of responsibility and integrity when handling confidential information.

  • Team-oriented mindset and effective collaboration skills.

  • Medium level of English proficiency.
