At ING we are looking for an Associate for the EMEA R&P M&A Team
Your role and work environment:
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic Associate to join the EMEA Renewable & Power M&A Team.
The responsibility of this team is to originate and execute renewable and power leads across EMEA, and our way of working is to support ING clients in their different geographies on sell-sides and buy-sides. Additionally, our aim is to bring as many ING products as possible to our transactions. Hence, we always try to work closely mainly with our Lending Teams.
Your key responsibilities:
As an associate you will:
Positively contribute to the growth of this newly created but successful team.
We expect you to become a key member of the team, being a key pillar for your senior colleagues and a key reference for junior mates.
Finally, we offer you the opportunity to have recurrent client facing both during pitching and execution workstreams.

Buscamos a una persona Associate con talento y entusiasmo para unirse al equipo EMEA Renewable & Power M&A.
La responsabilidad de este equipo es originar y ejecutar oportunidades de M&A en renovables y energa en toda la regin EMEA, y nuestra forma de trabajar consiste en apoyar a las personas clientas de ING en sus diferentes geografas tanto en procesos de sell-side como de buy-side. Adicionalmente, nuestro objetivo es incorporar el mayor nmero posible de productos de ING en nuestras transacciones. Por ello, tratamos siempre de trabajar de manera muy estrecha, principalmente, con nuestros Lending Teams.

Contribuirs positivamente al crecimiento de este equipo recientemente creado pero ya exitoso.
Esperamos que te conviertas en una persona clave dentro del equipo, siendo un pilar fundamental para tus colegas senior y una referencia para las personas junior.
