We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant

In this role you will:

  • Organising schedules, maintaining diaries, arranging travel and accommodation
  • Co-ordinating activities, events, resources, meetings, services and managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Supporting administration, composing presentations, drafting reports and assisting with key documents such as business plans
  • Coordinating / supporting the administrative and operational matters of the sector teams under the management of the Managing Director
  • Managing external relationships and service providers
  • Gatekeeper or primary point of contact roles for an area
  • Adhere to HSBC policies and maintain confidentiality on sensitive activities in the remit area

To be successful you will need:

  • Tertiary educated
  • Possess extensive experience in secretarial or administrative duty
  • Proven track record in supporting senior executives, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Able to handle multi tasks and work independently and under pressure, a good team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be flexible and respectful
  • Proficiency in computer skills and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent verbal and written English and Cantonese
  • Experience in executive assistant in financial entity
  • Proactive and self-motivated person
