Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Senior Associate/Associate per rafforzare il team di Capital Markets, Roma/Milano.
La/il candidata/o ideale un/a avvocato/a abilitato/a alla professione forense che abbia maturato almeno 5 anni (inclusa la pratica) di esperienza specifica in operazioni di finanza strutturata e debt capital markets presso primari studi legali daffari. Ulteriori competenze in materia di diritto bancario saranno considerate un plus.
L'utilizzo della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata) come strumento di lavoro quotidiano requisito essenziale.
