Was erwartet Sie

• Eigenverantwortliche rechtliche Beratung von Banken, Leasinggebern, Funds, Sponsoren, Leasingnehmern und Kreditnehmern bei komplexen nationalen und internationalen Finanzierungen
• Strukturierung und Leitung anspruchsvoller Transaktionen, insbesondere in den Bereichen Asset- und Projektfinanzierungen
• Direkte Mandatsverantwortung sowie strategischer Sparringspartner fr Mandanten
• Aktive Rolle beim Ausbau bestehender Mandatsbeziehungen sowie bei Akquise- und Business-Development-Aktivitten
• Anleitung und fachliche Weiterentwicklung von Associates sowie Steuerung kleinerer Projektteams
• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kolleginnen und Kollegen in grenzberschreitenden Mandaten

Was uns berzeugt

• Zwei berdurchschnittliche Staatsexamina
• Mehrjhrige relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Banking & Finance in einer internationalen Wirtschaftskanzlei
• Ausgeprgtes wirtschaftliches Verstndnis sowie unternehmerisches Denken
• Souvernes Auftreten im direkten Mandantenkontakt und Erfahrung im Umgang mit anspruchsvollen Mandanten
• Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie idealerweise Erfahrung in internationalen Mandaten
• Hohe Eigenstndigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und ausgeprgte Teamorientierung
• Erste Erfahrung in der Anleitung und Entwicklung von jngeren Teammitgliedern
