What role you will play in our team

 

The Product Owner will be responsible for core applications for the global Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) digital capability, aiming to maximize the value delivered through solutions that support the Lubricants, Fuels, and Chemicals value chains. They will partner with business stakeholders, technology teams, support organizations, and external vendors to ensure PLM capabilities effectively enable product development, regulatory compliance, product stewardship, and change management. Acting as the voice of the customer, the Product Owner will translate business needs into a prioritized digital roadmap and drive the delivery of solutions. They will also champion platform stability, continuous improvement, and measurable business outcomes through strong Agile product leadership.

 

 

What you will do

 

  • Digitally enable solutions that support and optimize the end-to-end molecule lifecycle, from concept and development to commercialization, growth, and eventual retirement by partnering with key stakeholders, including Product Management, Technology, Product Stewardship, Manufacturing, Regulatory, etc.
  • Own and prioritize the PLM product backlog and roadmap.
  • Drive Agile delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with business, technology, and vendor partners.
  • Monitor platform performance and ensure business value delivery.

 

About You

 

Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience working with product formulations, specifications, change management, product stewardship, or regulatory compliance processes for the Lubricants, Fuels, Chemicals, or Process Industries.
  • Agile/Scrum framework knowledge.
  • Advanced English and strong stakeholder management skills.

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with SAP PLM, Teamcenter, or similar platforms.
  • Knowledge of formulation and technical data management.
  • Experience working with global teams.
  • Agile/Product Owner certifications.
