HR Business Partner Lead

 

Location: d  - 2 days office/3 days remote

As an HR Business Partner Lead, you will drive operational excellence, governance and stakeholder alignment across HR services, ensuring high-quality support for employees, managers and the business. This is an opportunity to lead strategic HR operations initiatives, influence service delivery models and create scalable ways of working in a complex, global environment.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Leading HR service delivery operations, operating rhythms and performance management activities across HR Operations or People Services teams.
  • Designing and managing governance frameworks covering recruitment support, onboarding coordination, knowledge management and day-to-day operational delivery.
  • Establishing service delivery standards, ownership models, escalation paths and issue-resolution approaches, particularly during periods of team growth, service transitions or operational expansion.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to align priorities, manage expectations and ensure delivery against agreed service standards and timelines.
  • Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, team effectiveness and employee experience.
  • Monitoring service performance, identifying risks and implementing solutions to strengthen delivery outcomes.
  • Leading, coaching and developing teams in a dynamic HR operations environment, fostering accountability, collaboration and high-performance ways of working.

Depending on experience, the role may also involve leading larger transformation initiatives, supporting organizational change and influencing strategic decisions related to People Services operating models.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 8-10+ years of experience in HR, HR Operations, Shared Services, People Services or a related field.
  • Proven experience leading HR operations, service delivery or employee services teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience partnering with senior leaders in complex, matrix or multinational organizations.
  • Experience establishing governance, service management frameworks, operational processes and performance standards.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, drive accountability and deliver continuous improvement initiatives.

 

Ideally, you'll also have

 

  • Experience supporting service transitions, organizational growth or HR operating model transformations.
  • Knowledge of HR technologies and service management platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar solutions.
  • Experience working within global shared services, centers of excellence or multi-country HR environments.
