Foster a Bonding HR approach by building strong relationships with employees and managers, maintaining a close understanding of employee needs, and strengthening engagement, trust, and belonging across the organization. Drive meaningful employee interactions through regular check-ins, feedback conversations, and business visits to create a strong connection between employees, leaders, and the organization. Support workforce planning, organizational design, succession planning, and career development processes. Analyze employee engagement, talent, and organizational effectiveness data, translating insights into actionable people initiatives. Manage employee relations and performance-related matters in alignment with company policies, values, and applicable regulations. Partner closely with HR Centers of Excellence and business leaders to deliver integrated and impactful people solutions. Play an active role in transformation, culture, and change management initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness and employee experience.
