The opportunity

 

As an HR Generalist, you will support day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle activities, ensuring a high-quality employee and manager experience.

 

Your key responsibilities

 

  • Executing employee lifecycle transactions, including hires, job changes, leaves of absence, transfers and exits, ensuring accuracy and timely updates in HR systems.
  • Handling employee and manager queries related to HR processes, policies and systems, resolving issues independently or escalating as appropriate.
  • Working with HR systems and case management tools such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar platforms to maintain and update employee records.
  • Maintaining HR documentation, templates, knowledge articles and case records in line with process, compliance and audit requirements.
  • Identifying recurring issues and supporting continuous improvements to HR processes, employee self-service content and service quality.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders across HR and the business to ensure efficient service delivery.

 

At Senior level, you will also support more complex employee cases, interpret non-standard scenarios, coordinate with stakeholders across functions and provide guidance to less experienced team members on processes, systems and case handling.

To qualify for the role, you must have

 

  • 2-4+ years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services or a generalist HR role
  • Experience supporting employee lifecycle processes, including hires, job changes, transfers, leaves and exits
  • Experience working with HR systems and case management platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, SAP, SuccessFactors or similar tools
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to manage employee and manager inquiries in a professional and customer-focused manner

 

Ideally, you'll also have

 

  • Experience working in a global organization or shared services environment.
  • Knowledge of HR policies, compliance requirements and HR service delivery practices.
  • Experience contributing to process improvement, knowledge management or employee self-service initiatives.
