Role Overview

 

The Transformation Management Office (TMO) Support Consultant supports enterprise transformation initiatives by coordinating workstreams, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with transformation objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Support transformation planning, tracking, and reporting
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams and stakeholders
  • Track milestones, benefits, risks, and dependencies
  • Prepare transformation dashboards and management reports
  • Support change, communication, and adoption activities
  • Maintain transformation documentation and governance artifacts

 

Qualifications & Skills

 

  • 25 years of experience in PMO, TMO, or transformation roles
  • Strong analytical and coordination skills
  • Experience in large-scale transformation programs is a plus
