About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic Manager, Sales Development to join our Risk Sales team. Reporting to the Executive Director, Sales, you will have the unique opportunity to build a high-performing SDR team from the ground up.
You will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Development Representatives, overseeing the generation of new business opportunities and the qualification of leads to support the sales pipeline. You will manage team performance, drive strategic sales initiatives, and ensure the successful execution of prospecting strategies.

You Will:
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Development professionals, driving performance, coaching for skill development, and ensuring alignment with regional sales targets and pipeline goals.
Perform analysis of outreach in order to understand success rates that will steer team to optimize outreach results
Work across sales leadership to build and execute on strategic growth plan
Work closely with Head of Sales to fuel collaboration around key insights and strategic decisions
Ensure the creation, implementation, and maintenance of standard methodologies
Develop scalable sales systems and processes that drive predictive revenue growth
Develop specific and targeted sales goals, and implement tactics to accelerate growth
Collaborate cross-functionally with senior sales leadership and marketing teams to refine sales strategies, communicating with clarity to influence outcomes and ensure a seamless handover of qualified opportunities.
You Have:
7-9 years of prior experience in sales, business development, or a related industry, including direct experience managing, guiding, or supervising a team.
Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage performance, mentor colleagues, and contribute leadership within defined workstreams.
High proficiency with Salesforce and other sales enablement tools
Solid expertise in sales development, lead generation, or a related field, with the proven ability to adapt policies and practices as needed.
Validated experience in building and scaling a sales team through all phases of targeting & meeting attainment
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
