Position Summary
Drive large-scale supply chain and operations transformations that help clients improve efficiency, agility, and decision-making across the value chain. As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation, you will support the design and delivery of operational, digital, and analytics-enabled solutions that address complex business challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across strategy, implementation, and transformation initiatives that create measurable business value.

Work you'll do
As a Senior Consultant, Strategy, Growth and Transformation on the Supply Chain and Network Operations team, you will be responsible for
Supporting supply chain, operations, and value chain transformation projects from assessment through implementation
Analyzing current-state processes, data, and operating models to identify improvement opportunities and business impacts
Developing recommendations, business cases, process designs, and implementation plans for client-facing initiatives
Coordinating with cross-functional client and Deloitte teams to drive project deliverables, issue resolution, and milestone execution
Preparing analyses, presentations, and other client deliverables to support decision-making and executive reporting
A successful candidate would possess these skills:

Qualifications
Required:
Bachelors degree
4+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or consulting environments
4+ years of PLM implementation experience in Windchill
Configuration and solution architecture design experience in Windchill
Experience with industry leading practices in designing PLM processes and capabilities
4+ years of experience with process analysis, requirements gathering, and business case development
Ability to travel 50%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
Preferred:
4+ years of experience supporting supply chain transformation, operating model design, or large-scale business transformation programs
Experience with enterprise resource planning, supply chain planning, or analytics platforms
Experience with data analysis, dashboarding, or performance metric development
Experience working across strategy, implementation, and operations engagements
Master of Business Administration
Experience in one or more of the following industries: consumer, industrial products, retail, or life sciences
The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $116,200 to $229,100.
