  • Ensure high-quality standards by contributing to reviews, testing and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Build strong relationships across organisational levels and borders, acting as a trusted liaison between business and technology stakeholders
  • Take a holistic view of challenges, identify operational and business risks, and recommend effective solutions
  • Contribute to our agile culture by being curious, open to challenges and proactive in sharing ideas with your team

  • A strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to structure and simplify complex challenges
  • Solid knowledge of or experience with credit processes within the Nordic countries.
  • A structured and methodical approach that ensures quality, consistency and clear documentation
  • 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role
  • Ability to work confidently with business and technology stakeholders and translate between business processes and technical implementation

It is a plus if you have
