Business Analyst in Digital channels Tribe | SEB, Tallinn
Digital Channels Tribe is responsible for building and evolving our customerfacing digital ecosystem across web, mobile and APIdriven platforms. We focus on delivering seamless, secure and scalable digital experiences that enable our customers and partners to interact with our services anytime, anywhere. Working in an agile, crossfunctional setup, the tribe combines business, technology and customer insight to drive continuous innovation in digital banking.
About API Platform team delivers worldclass API services for Open Banking Third Party Providers, FinTechs, ERPs, and the banks business customers, ensuring reliable, secure, and scalable integrations across the Baltic markets. The teams scope covers the design, development, and evolution of API platforms and integration capabilities that support Open Banking standards, ERP connectivity, and largescale customer and partner integrations. These services form the foundation for seamless data exchange, compliant customer journeys, and highperformance digital solutions.
- Contribute to delivering initiatives on Baltic level to provide world-class API services for Open Banking Third Party Providers, FinTechs, ERPs and banks business customers
- Ensuring that the Open Banking APIs are implemented in accordance with the regulation, technical standards and agreements with local regulatory authorities
- Monitoring the market tendencies and actively collaborating with Third Party Providers and other customers to identify new business ideas and needs
- Break down requirements into meaningful epics, user stories, and development tasks, ensuring acceptance criteria are precise and unambiguous.
- Drive and facilitate requirement clarification workshops, backlog grooming sessions, and story reviews together with development teams
- Create, maintain, and own functional documentation, process diagrams, and other relevant supporting materials.
- Has a structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities and can work independently in an agile environment
- Has knowledge about PSD2 and Open Banking area or REST API technology and integrations would be an advantage
- Demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility, a willingness to continuously learn, and a positive, proactive attitude
- Possesses strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Has general knowledge of product development and user experience (UX)
- Shows excellent prioritisation and organisational skills with a handson approach to getting things done
- Is able to bridge business and technology, translating complex platform capabilities into clear business outcomes
- Communicates fluently in Estonian and English languages
