Join Danske Banks newest and most innovative tribe, where we are shaping the future of enterprise workflows and AI-driven automation. Our tribe develops and maintains the Group-wide workflow and case handling platform, leveraging a build once, use many times approach to power and automate critical processes across the organisation. We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our Platform & Developer support squad. This team is responsible for the management and continuous improvement of the Camunda Platform, maintaining its reliability and performance. Our tribe consists of a diverse group of professionals located across Lithuania, Denmark, Finland and India. The squad facilitates the seamless onboarding process to the Camunda Platform, ensuring users have the guidance and resources necessary for successful integration. You will work closely with other squads in the tribe while engaging directly with users of your solutions, including other development tribes and the service organisations end users. This is a unique opportunity to lead the charge in driving innovation, standardisation and new ways of working, all while collaborating with a dedicated team of developers, analysts and architects.
You Will:
Ensure the Camunda Platform supports business needs by translating user requirements into clear, structured and scalable process solutions
Drive continuous improvement of platform usage by identifying optimisation opportunities in workflows, processes and onboarding practices
Collaborate with platform engineers and DevOps to ensure platform reliability, translating incidents and performance issues into prioritised improvements
Facilitate onboarding of new users and use cases, providing guidance on standards, best practices and process design using BPMN/Camunda
Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring clear requirements, ownership and alignment across squads
Support and coordinate platform-related risk, compliance and governance activities required for production use
Monitor platform adoption, usage patterns and feedback to drive backlog prioritisation and improve user experience
Maintain high-quality documentation, including process models, guidelines and user-facing materials to ensure consistency and reuse
About You :
Strong ability to translate platform-related business needs into clear, structured requirements and solution improvements
Experience working in complex, cross-system environments, including platform-based or shared service solutions
Proven stakeholder management and facilitation skills across business, IT, platform engineering and compliance functions
Understanding of workflow-driven systems (for example BPMN/Camunda) and how business processes are executed on a shared platform
Familiarity with system integrations, APIs and data flows to support platform-based solutions and dependencies
Ability to analyse incidents, usage patterns and feedback, translating them into actionable improvements and backlog priorities
Experience working within governance, risk and compliance frameworks in regulated environments
Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity, challenge assumptions and drive alignment to decisions
Advanced English language skills
