Are you curious to learn the ins and outs of how internal bank infrastructure is created and maintained? We are seeking a skilled and motivated Operations Specialist to join our team working in the bank infrastructure sector. This role is integral to our transformation journey and involves working in a hybrid, cross-country setup.
In this role, you will gain insights into the bank infrastructure. You will learn a full client/correspondent lifecycle and will be an integral part of control within risk mitigation process. You will learn about Financial Institutions: its Group Relations, Nostro Accounts, SWIFTs, various Broadcasts and Risk Marks.

The workplace is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where we work at least 3 days in the office).

You will:
    Set up and maintain banking infrastructure to ensure seamless operations.
    Control and streamline certain processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams across different locations to meet organizational goals.
    Monitor and report on infrastructure performance, identifying areas for improvement.
    Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
 

About you:
    Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field is preferred.
    Experience in operations within the banking or financial services industry.
    Good understanding of banking infrastructure and process management.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Ability to work effectively in a hybrid and cross-country team setup.
    Strong communication and collaboration skills.
    Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Monthly salary range from 1880 EUR to 2820 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
