Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Are you motivated by delivering high-quality customer experiences and providing reliable, value-adding services? We are looking for a dedicated colleague to help manage securities trade settlement activities, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery while continuously looking for ways to improve.
You will join a team of 11 colleagues based in Lithuania, where LEAN principles are embedded in our daily work. In this innovative, agile, and customer-focused environment, you will play an important role in settling free of payment trades across global markets.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with customers, stakeholders, and major counterparties worldwide. You will help maintain process quality and proactively identify opportunities to improve our daily operations.
Danske Bank supports a high degree of workplace flexibility. Our team currently follows a hybrid working model, working from the office at least three days a week.
You will:
- Handle and monitor daily settlement tasks across global markets
- Investigate and resolve trade-related exceptions
- Communicate with internal stakeholders, external counterparties, and custodian banks worldwide
- Collaborate closely with other teams across the bank
- Contribute to risk mitigation, continuous improvement projects, and process automation
- Learn from experienced professionals and actively support knowledge sharing
About you:
- At least 1 year of experience in settlements
- Strong time management skills
- Knowledge of financial instruments and securities, as well as data analytics skills, would be an advantage
- Ability to adjust to dynamic workloads
- Upper-intermediate English skills, both written and spoken
