Full Job Description
Location: Vilnius, Lithuania
Working Capital Operations is a newly established team under Trade & Working Capital Solutions, responsible for Working Capital operational tasks.
Working Capital provides various financing solutions Factoring, Supply Chain Finance, Invoice Discounting to business and corporate clients in both the SME and Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) segment.
In Working Capital, we are approximately 25 colleagues split across 5 geographies and 4 teams (Front office sales, middle office, back office, commercial development), anchored under LC&I. We pride ourselves on being a close-knit and open-minded organisation, with a flat hierarchy, and where we collaborate very well with one-another and across borders. We work with Danske Bank group clients across all markets where Danske Bank operate (Nordics + PL, IE and UK), and we have substantial growth ambitions, why we are scaling up our organisation.
Working Capital Operations is our designated back-office operational team, responsible for ensuring that things run smoothly day to day. Your day will largely consist of handling financing and administrative tasks, and coordinating with colleagues both here in Lithuania and abroad.

Our office is in Vilnius, Lithuania but we value flexibility and work-life balance, so we offer the possibility of a hybrid work set up (no less than 3 days in the office weekly).
You will:
Take care of financing and administration tasks of new and existing Working capital agreements, with majority being factoring related
Handle incoming payments related to factoring and other internal, external or technical enquiries
Check account balances and identify discrepancies
Resolve issues and handle daily ad-hoc requests to ensure positive customer experiences
Work with the banks internal and external systems, ensuring high-quality and accurate inputs and outputs
Maintain process quality while consistently exploring opportunities to improve processes or automate workflows
Take part in various initiatives and projects that drive innovation and operational excellence
Act as a trusted partner in cross-market collaboration, cultivating strong relationships
About you:
Interest in working with operational tasks within banking
Ability to operative effectively and deliver results in a diverse environment with shifting priorities and at times urgent tasks
Customer oriented, focused on delivering with high quality and accuracy
Can see yourself thriving in an international environment
Strong collaboration and communication skills
Advanced English skills in writing, speaking and understanding.
Prior experience from an operational or administrative role within banking, or having an education in a relevant field, is an advantage.

Monthly salary range is from 1.880 EUR to 2.820 EUR gross (based on competencies relevant to the role).
