We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Manager - Finance Operations

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain the calculation model to produce accurate, timely, and controlled outputs to produce the IRRBB reports such as EVE, NII and NTMR report for Group & Local regulators for assigned entities.
  • Ensure reports & commentary are concise and to the point and provide timely response to queries. Assist with execution and delivery of stress-tests exercises.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of output and data quality issues affecting output quality are logged in appropriate systems
  • Assist in implementing new reports in line and adherence to internal and regulatory guidelines
  • Document clear basis of preparation for each aspect of the process. Identify and implement re-engineering opportunities, support periodic updates, changes, and amendments.
  • Performance standards as defined in SLA are met or exceeded.
  • Ensure BCP / BIA are executed as per plan.Ensure effective & up-to-date end-to-end process documents in places for all BAU and change improvements processes.
  • Proactively assess and escalate risks to management to raise MSIIs and assist in resolving MSII as per agreed timeline.
  • Effective co-operation with SLoD, internal & external audit requests
  • Communicate effectively across levels as well as to senior management.

To be successful you will:

  • Professionally qualified CA / CWA / CPA / CFA/ MBA (Finance) or graduates with 3+ years of experience preferably in treasury / regulatory / finance area.
  • Strong technical understanding of (1) financial products specially rates, (2) interest rate environment (3) financial reporting with balance sheet, and (4) Basel framework.
  • IRRBB, Treasury, Regulatory / Financial Reporting, Global Markets background is preferred.
  • Experience of Global market products, Balance Sheet & PL attribution and analysis, Fixed income valuations
  • Strong attention to detail with ability to handle large volumes of data
  • Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS related products i.e. Excel, Power Point, Access.
  • Knowledge of SQL database, Power BI etc. is a plus.
  • Ability to interact with multiple cultures and multiple levels of seniority.
  • Ability to multi-task and work with tight deadlines.
