Location: Vilnius, Lithuania

We are looking for an enthusiastic and communicative team member who has proficiency in numbers and attention to details to join our Banking Partner Services team, consisting of 12 people.

Banking Partner Services is an operational service team responsible for the administration of foreign banks' accounts with Danske Bank, support functions for the Financial Institutions department and processing of foreign and internal cheques. We work closely with our stakeholders across the organization; therefore, you will be able to utilize collaboration and creative mindset skills.

You will have an opportunity to gain experience through direct communication with our customers and stakeholders regarding problem-solving. Although this position is located in Lithuania, it offers the possibility to work with global teams in an international environment. You will work and train with a team of professionals and be able to deliver with high quality and efficiency.

You will:

  • Open and close accounts for foreign banks, and facilitate payment processing

  • Collect and pay monthly charges and invoices related to payments processing and account maintenance

  • Analyse and process incoming messages, claims, and inquiries regarding charges, invoices, and terms and conditions

  • Monitor overdraft lists and perform risk assessment and management

  • Process foreign and internal cheques, and verify documents

About you:

  • Previous work experience in back-office or similar roles (not essential but advantageous)

  • Knowledge in banking operations (would be beneficial for you)

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail

  • Helpfulness and willingness to work in a team

  • Good Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)

  • Ability to work in a busy environment, meet tight deadlines and cope with peak periods

  • Upper-Intermediate English language skills (both written and spoken)
