Join the People Transformation Office within Technology & Services at Danske Bank. We are looking for colleagues to join our newly established team, where your expertise and ideas will contribute to the execution of various people initiatives aligned with our Forward '28 strategy.


About the People Transformation Office
The People Transformation Office is a newly established central team within the Strategy & Transformation unit of the Technology & Services organisation at Danske Bank. This team is involved in executing a selection of people-related programmes and initiatives, including Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), selected people development initiatives, and various ad-hoc people-related analyses and tasks. The team collaborates closely with local business management functions, HR, and senior leadership across Technology & Services to ensure alignment and effective execution. As part of joining the team you will have a central opportunity to contribute to and shape our team and our ways of working. 


About the Role:
Reporting to the Head of Business Management & Implementation in Strategy & Transformation, you will be part of a small dedicated team in Vilnius and Copenhagen. You will have the opportunity to shape and drive key people initiatives, ensure alignment across the Technology & Services organisation, and support the T&S Leadership Team on critical people agendas. 

Please note that this role is located in Vilnius, Lithuania. Danske Bank supports workplace flexibility (we currently use a hybrid work model, where at least 3 days a week we work in the office).
This role does not include a relocation allowance for candidates who are not based in Lithuania.


You will:
    Participate in, support, and contribute to problem-solving on various people-oriented tasks and events from planning to execution.
    Align stakeholders across teams and functions to ensure direction, momentum, and results, acting as a trusted partner to stakeholders across the Technology & Services organisation.
    Lead and manage projects and project timelines, incl. internal events and change, ensuring effective execution and alignment with organisational goals.
    Drive specific people-related analyses and provide recommendations linked to key programmes and initiatives.


Ideal Candidate Profile:
We are looking for someone who combines strong structuring and analytical skills with the ability to navigate complexity, execute change management activities across channels, and drive real outcomes. 

You likely have:
    Minimum 4-5 years of experience in consultancy, business management, or a similar role in a complex global organisation.
    Can communicate clearly and effective in English 
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a quick understanding of complex challenges.
    Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in creating impactful presentations.
    An independent proactive, and detail-oriented approach, capable of solving multiple tasks simultaneously
    A strong track record of experience working with change management and implementation across various channels and formats.
    A team-oriented mindset, motivated by enabling and succeeding with others and unleashing potential through collaboration
    Comfort in engaging constructively with senior stakeholders.


We offer:
Monthly salary range from 3760 EUR to 5640 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
