Ready to guide a community of talented business analysts whilst transforming one of banking's most critical platforms? This dual role combines people leadership with active business analysis, offering you the opportunity to shape both careers and technology solutions in our Core Payments Tribe.

What You Will Be Doing

You will lead and develop a chapter of 6-10 business analysts whilst remaining an active practitioner embedded within a cross-functional squad. Your work will directly shape how we deliver technology solutions for our payments platform, balancing people management with setting the standard for business analysis practices across the tribe.

• Lead, coach and develop a chapter of business analysts, focusing on growth, performance, well-being and career development
• Deliver business analysis work within your squad, setting standards for others to follow
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Partner with Product Owners, Solution Architects and other Chapter Leads on talent strategy
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and align solutions with QA, Architecture and Engineering teams
• Contribute to hiring, performance management and retention initiatives across the tribe

About You

• Contribute to hiring, performance management and retention initiatives across the tribe
• Strong background in business analysis on complex technology platforms with a comprehensive business analysis toolkit
• Experience across the full development lifecycle from requirements to implementation

• Comfortable coaching others whilst delivering your own analysis work

• Skilled stakeholder manager with strong facilitation abilities

• Advanced proficiency in English for effective communication

Experience in payments or financial services would be valuable, along with familiarity with agile delivery methods.

Monthly salary range from 4400 EUR to 6600 EUR gross (based on your competencies relevant for the job).
