Job Overview
The Ops Sup Analyst 2 is an intermediate level position responsible for providing operations support services, including but not limited to; record/documentation maintenance, storage & retrieval of records, account maintenance, imaging and the opening of accounts in coordination with the Operations - Core Team. Additionally, the Ops Sup Analyst 2 serves as the liaison between operations staff, relationship managers, project managers, custodians and clients. The overall objective of this role is to provide day-to-day operations support in alignment with Citi operations support infrastructure and processes.
Responsibilities:
- Update help content used by Knowledge Hub end users to service client inquires, as needed
- Execute work assigned, including annual review certification and change requests
- Serve as liaison to business for work assignments by asking fact finding questions, following up on open items and helping with content approval
- Conduct needs assessment and update content or develop content related solutions according to business requirements
- Research and seek out solutions to inquiries on help content and all other open items related to business including policy gaps and changes
- Monitor work progression ensuring completion of assignments by requested due date
- Ensure consistent application of team process controls
- Fulfilling the clients necessities while providing an exceptional client experience is the expected behavior from all our employees and it will be measured by specific metrics.

Qualifications:
- 0-2 years relevant experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements

- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Objetivo del rea
Gestionar el portafolio de proyectos tecnolgicos, estratgicos o regulatorios de la direccin operativa de TS&CO y fungir de punto de enlace con reas especializadas como Control, equipos Globales, Compliance, Tecnologa o Finanzas.
- Funciones principales del Puesto
Seguimiento puntual a los acuerdos de los proyectos encomendados.
- Participar en las sesiones de definicin de proyectos para asegurar que se cumplan los requisitos de los mismos.
- Convocar a sesiones de seguimiento con los diferentes stakeholders o grupos de trabajo para dar cumplimiento al plan.
- Identificar riesgos e issues, escalando oportunamente los problemas e inconsistencias en las actividades asignadas y dar seguimiento a la ejecucin de acciones de mitigacin
- Establecer un dilogo con los responsables de los proyectos del portafolio respecto a su estatus, avances, riesgos y problemas diariamente.
- Escalar situaciones operativas que impidan la ejecucin en tiempo de las actividades del portafolio
- Validar la documentacin de los proyectos en el portafolio de acuerdo a los estndares y lineamientos establecidos
- Planeacin tctica, ejecucin y entrega de proyectos que involucran cambios en estrategia, tecnologa, gente y los procesos operativo
- Participacin en proyectos de implantacin de mejoras tecnolgicas en todas sus fases. Proyectos de iniciativas estratgicas y / u operacionales, satisfaccin del cliente, calidad y mejora continua.

- Excelentes habilidades para trabajo en equipo y supervisin de equipos de trabajo multidisciplinarios
- Habilidades para transmitir conocimientos especficos de forma prctica y estructurada

- Excelentes habilidades de comunicacin oral y escrita para la creacin y presentacin de documentos de trabajo y entregables.
