We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple IT and cybersecurity-related initiatives within a complex organizational environment. The role requires strong project delivery capabilities, stakeholder management skills, and experience managing several workstreams simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate multiple IT and cybersecurity projects concurrently
  • Oversee the full project lifecycle, including planning, execution, delivery, monitoring, and reporting
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across development, testing, deployment, and support activities
  • Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches)
  • Define, monitor, and report on project performance indicators and service metrics
  • Ensure quality assurance processes, testing activities, and issue management are effectively managed
  • Contribute to incident, problem, and change management processes following industry best practices
  • Support compliance with information security and governance standards
  • Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders in a multi-project environment

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 6 years of experience in IT Project Management, Program Management, or related roles
  • Proven experience delivering IT and/or cybersecurity-related projects
  • Strong understanding of project and service management principles
  • Knowledge of recognized project management, agile, service management, or cybersecurity frameworks and methodologies
  • Experience managing software development, infrastructure, digital transformation, or technology-related initiatives
  • Ability to define, track, and report on KPIs and service metrics
  • Experience working with project and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, or similar platforms
  • Understanding of incident, problem, and change management processes
  • Experience working in international and multicultural environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Professional proficiency in English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications or training in project management, agile methodologies, service management, cybersecurity, or related disciplines are considered an asset
  • Familiarity with governance, risk, compliance, or information security standards is beneficial
