The opportunity

We are looking for Supervising Associate - Project Manager who will be responsible for performing the activities related to project coordination. As a part of a team, you will coordinate with consistent, high-quality services to key stakeholders across verticals / business segments.

 

Your key responsibilities

  • Must manage end to end projects across various pillar within the organization and contribute towards overall vision of organization.
  • As PM, you will collaborate closely with peers, internal departments, supporting the leadership team to manage internal and external deadlines and iterations.
  • Setting up Azure boards, Project tracker/ Gantt chart or planner as per request
  • Manage projects with strong organizational skills and support on the following tasks;
    • Monitor Project Triple constraints - Time, Cost & Scope; to ensure completion of project deliverables.
    • Organize and Manage project meetings - produce, maintain and distribute meeting minutes, project documentation, updates, status reports, project modifications, key deliverables and approvals for project stakeholders and task owners
    • Manage project execution, including inputting project schedules, track status and adjustments, and ensure all milestones, actions and deadlines are met on-schedule.
    • Ensure that tasks are delivered as per committed deadlines (SLA/KPIs)

Follow up on action items with key stakeholders and task owners to ensure on-time project tasks

To qualify for the role, you must have

  • Overall - 9 to 12 years of experience
  • Experience of Managing end -2-end projects. Minimum 9 + years of corporate experience with at least 4+ years of Project Management
  • Graduate Bachelors degree Any discipline
  • Exceptional communication skills - both written and oral
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills and structured thinking abilities
  • Maintain/update all project related trackers e.g Project plan, Risk tracker, budget tracker etc.
  • Demonstrate strong interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Demonstrate an eye for detail
  • Willingness to adjust responsibilities to align with developing business needs
  • Flexible to Support US/ EMEIA and APAC time zone

 

Ideally, youll also have

  • Knowledge in PMBOK concepts
  • Knowledge in Project Management tools
  • Be proficient in MS Project/Word/PowerPoint/Excel - working knowledge of MS office
  • Knowledge in Project Management methodologies like Agile, SCRUM, Waterfall, etc
