Job Title: Senior project manager

About Business line/Function:
IT Payment Services department, the worldwide reference for payments in the BNP Paribas Group. We are working on the many applications used worldwide using various technologies and working in Agile methodology.
Position Purpose:
The Senior Project Manager will coordinate activities related to the third-party software package that supports the Global Cash Pooling platform. The role aims to ensure proper follow-up of vendor deliveries, business requests, defects, testing activities and release coordination, in close collaboration with the Paris-based Program Direction team and the various Cash Pooling application teams. The position contributes to securing timely delivery, effective stakeholder alignment and successful integration of the software package within the overall program governance framework.
We will be working closely with our onshore team based in Paris as an extended team. The software package is a core component of our Cash Pooling system. The candidate will therefore need to be highly organized and demonstrate strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with the various teams involved in, or connected to, the software package.
Responsibilities
Direct Responsibilities
Work closely with the Paris-based Program Direction team to coordinate activities related to the third-party software package and contribute to the successful delivery of the New Global Cash Pooling Platform program.
Monitor the vendors timely delivery of tasks in line with the priorities agreed with the Business.
Follow up on Business requests related to the software package, ensuring that requirements are properly defined and that requests are accepted, understood, estimated, and planned by the vendor.
Coordinate directly with the Software Integrator for version deliveries across the different environments, in alignment with the other Cash Pooling teams: NTPI, NewRef, Integration Layer, and Legacy.
Track and follow up on defects and bug resolution.
Monitor Business acceptance testing activities.
Define, implement and monitor software package KPIs within the program governance framework.
Monitor component obsolescence to ensure service continuity, in coordination with the Software Integrator.

Specific Qualifications:
Minimum 4 years of experience along with Bachelor's Degree - in IT, Computer related field or equivalent experience.
