Your Role
We are looking for a qualified Procurement Sourcing expert to be a part of our company. Tactical Sourcing bridges operational procurement and strategic sourcing. The role focuses on supplier selection, cost optimization, and executing sourcing strategies for medium-term needs.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Conduct RFQs/RFPs and analyse supplier quotations
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery conditions
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement sourcing strategies
- Evaluate supplier performance and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with category managers and stakeholders
- Perform spend analysis and demand consolidation
- Support contract creation and execution
- Ensure risk mitigation and supplier continuity
Your Profile
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Supplier evaluation and benchmarking
- Cost analysis and savings identification

- Market awareness and sourcing strategy understanding
- Typical KPIs such as Cost savings achieved (%), Supplier performance improvement, RFQ cycle time,

- Sourcing tools (Ariba Sourcing, Coupa, Jaggaer), Spend analytics tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Advanced Excel (pivot tables, modelling), Contract lifecycle management tools
