YOUR ROLE

We are looking for a qualified Transactional Procurement expert to be a part of our company. Transactional Procurement focuses on executing routine purchasing activities efficiently and accurately. The role ensures timely processing of purchase requests, compliance with procurement policies, and smooth coordination with suppliers

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Process purchase requisitions and create purchase orders (POs) in ERP systems
  • Ensure accuracy of pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines
  • Manage order confirmation, tracking, and delivery follow-ups
  • Handle invoice matching (2-way/3-way matching) and discrepancy resolution
  • Maintain supplier records and procurement documentation
  • Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and audit requirements
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for approvals and clarifications
  • Support issue resolution related to delays, shortages, or incorrect deliveries

YOUR PROFILE

  • Strong attention to detail
  • ERP system knowledge (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Ariba)
  • Basic supplier communication skills
  • Process adherence and compliance mindset
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Typical KPIs such as Purchase order cycle time, Invoice processing accuracy, On-time order placement, Error/rework rate and Compliance adherence
  • Tools & Systems such as SAP MM / Ariba / Oracle / Coupa, MS Excel (basic to intermediate) and ServiceNow / ticketing tools.
