YOUR ROLE
We are seeking a talented and driven New Product Development Manager to join our team.
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Strong understanding of NPD lifecycle / supply chain processes
- Experience in MDM, PLM, SAP (or equivalent ERP systems)
- Knowledge of SKU management, BOM creation, and master data governance
- Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and timelines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (issue tracking, RCA)
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
YOUR PROFILE
- On-time NPD launches
- Accuracy of PID and product master data
- BOM completeness and readiness
- Artwork approval cycle time
- Successful execution of product phase-in/phase-out and delisting
