Job Description: Product Strategy & Planning Support Head of Product Development in developing product strategy and roadmap across channels Analyze competitor products, market trends, and business opportunities Monitor product development plans and ensure launches are delivered according to agreed timelines New Product Development & Implementation Lead cross-functional implementation of new products with IT, Operations, Distribution, Brand, Customer Acquisition, and Academy teams Define business and system requirements to support new product launches Coordinate system development and resolve implementation issues to meet launch deadlines Provide regular project updates and progress reports to management Fund Development & Implementation Coordinate with Investment teams, fund developers, Architas, KTB, KTAM, and other partners on ILP fund offerings Identify and implement competitive investment fund solutions that meet customer needs Manage fund approval and implementation processes Market Conduct & Sales Quality Partner with Compliance to ensure products are sold in accordance with regulatory and market conduct requirements Monitor sales quality and recommend improvement actions Support initiatives to enhance customer outcomes and distributor compliance Product Performance Management Monitor performance of new and existing products Analyze key business metrics including APE, NBV, sales volume, and channel performance Identify growth opportunities and recommend actions to improve product performance and profitability Prepare management reports and product performance insights Stakeholder & Project Management Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects from concept through launch Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external business partners Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and timely project delivery Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in actuarial science Minimum 5 years of experience in Insurance Product Development, Product Management, Actuarial Pricing Strong experience in Investment-Linked Products (ILP) and Protection & Health products Proven track record in leading cross-functional product implementation projects Experience working with distribution channels, operations, IT, and investment management teams Strong analytical, strategic thinking, communication, and problem-solving skills About Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Krungthai-AXA Life Insurance Public Company Limited, created from a solid co-investment partnership between Krungthai Bank PCL. and the AXA Group, global financial protection and asset-management specialists.
