CapGemini Engineering supports large commercial engineering programs by ensuring planning, reliability and engineering deliverables. We are heavily involved in tracking, performance monitoring, and governance execution across complex, multi-functional environments.

About the role

The role combines engineering coordination, technical deliverables follow-up, and dispatching and coordination functions, enabling data-driven decision-making and program visibility aligned with Airbus PMBP methodologies.

You will be part of the In-Service engineering (ISE) team, responsible for defining repairs for the global A220 fleet currently off the ground. This team works from data provided by the engineering stress/calculation team to develop both specific and generic repairs.

The team structure is designed to promote cross-functional collaboration in an autonomous way, with mutual support and collective learning.

Your role as a Structural Repairs Stress Coordinator will involve performing project management tasks related to the development of generic repairs. This will require interfacing with multiple functions inside and outside the In-service engineering department (ISE), as well as with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain planning details, engineering deliverable content, and to ensure their delivery by ISE partners and subcontractors.
