You'll work closely with the HR Manager and gain experience across:

No two days are the same, and you'll have the opportunity to develop into a well-rounded HR professional.
Your ImpactYou'll take ownership of key employee lifecycle processes, including:
- Coordinating onboarding and offboarding activities
- Preparing employment contracts and HR documentation
- Organising induction programmes for new joiners
- Managing registrations with benefit providers
- Ensuring a smooth and professional experience for employees throughout their journey with the firm
You'll help ensure HR processes run smoothly by:
- Supporting payroll administration
- Maintaining HR records and systems
- Preparing reports and HR data insights
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and Belgian employment regulations
You'll contribute to recruitment activities by:
- Drafting and publishing engaging job advertisements
- Coordinating interviews and candidate communications
- Supporting hiring managers throughout the recruitment process
- Conducting first interviews for selected Business Services positions following your onboarding period
Working closely with the HR Manager, you'll be involved in projects linked to:
- Employee Engagement
- Wellbeing
- Diversity & Inclusion
- Performance & Development
- Learning & Talent Management
You enjoy working with people and are passionate about creating a positive employee experience.
Ideally, you have:- At least 1 year of experience in payroll or HR administration
- A good understanding of Belgian employment legislation
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Good knowledge of Dutch and French
- Strong Excel and general IT skills
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Proactive and solution-focused
- Trustworthy and discreet
- Comfortable working with different stakeholders
- Positive, approachable and service-minded
- Eager to learn and grow within HR
- Exposure to the full employee lifecycle
