Responsibilities: 1/ Strategic Planning: Lead the annual strategic planning process for the Chief Operating Office Support the Chief Operating Officer in working with external strategic partners and internal stakeholders to define and align strategic business opportunities Assist Chief Operating Officer in setting strategic priorities by providing recommendations based on market research and Leadership Teams inputs Prepare and coordinate business reviews and strategy reports, both on a local and Group level Maintain a high degree of awareness/knowledge of industry trends to ensure an outside-in perspective when defining the strategy 2/ Driving the Execution of Strategic Initiatives: Drive the implementation of strategic initiatives and oversee large, cross-functional organization-wide projects/initiatives Bring together multiple stakeholders to help drive decisions and ensure efficient and streamlined processes Work with Chief Operating Officer and COO Leadership Team to track progress and report on strategic priorities Conduct research, benchmarking, analyze data, and make recommendations 3/ Direct Support to Chief Operating Officer: Assist Chief Operating Officer in overseeing Operations performance, improvement actions by Leadership Team and progress of actions Collaborate with Leadership Team, Business Finance and Expense Management on division cost budgeting and cost control Support Chief Operating Officer in reviewing internal and external communications Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from a reputable university or college Minimum of 3 years of work experience in consulting or financial services (insurance experience is preferred) Fluent in English and Cantonese More experienced candidates will be considered for a Senior Manager position About AXA Hong Kong and Macau AXA Hong Kong and Macau is a member of the AXA Group, a leading global insurer with presence in 52 markets and serving 92 million customers worldwide.
