What youll be doing
- Building and optimising operational processes to support hyper-growth in Revolut Japan
- Executing and scaling operations in Japan in coordination with local and global teams
- Devising operational playbooks and managing product integrations
- Coordinating execution of Revolut Japan products with cross-functional teams
- Defining project priorities and setting timelines to achieve team goals
- Identifying and proposing new product features to enhance customer experience
- Managing critical vendor relationships and building performance tracking systems
- Developing strategic supply chain partnerships and negotiating commercial terms

What you'll need
- A Bachelors Degree in a relevant field
- 1+ years experience in program or project management, internal strategy or product launches
- Fluency in English
- A solid track record of taking ownership and leading complex projects end-to-end
- The ability to break complex problems into smaller ones
- Proficiency in working autonomously with data using tools such as SQL, Python, or Excel
- Demonstrated capacity to build compelling business cases and align stakeholders to drive execution
- An interest in the financial industry and contributing to meaningful product or strategy initiatives
