Associate Consultant - Portfolio Reporting and Analytics Gurugram, Haryana, India We are looking for a motivated and eager learner who is enthusiastic about picking up new concepts and actively seeks opportunities to develop their skills. In this supporting role, you will assist in designing solutions and exploring different platforms working alongside experienced team members. A willingness to learn, adapt, and apply new knowledge to project tasks is essential for growth and success in this position. What youll be DOING What will your essential responsibilities include? Support the development and maintenance of internal tools and applications related to Natural Catastrophe risk. Provide administrative and technical support to senior team members and business partners in Insurance and Reinsurance. Assist in the data collection, organization, and preliminary analysis for catastrophe modeling projects. Help with data management, quality checks, and documentation to ensure accurate modeling inputs. Support the testing and refinement of catastrophe models, IT solutions, and processes under supervision. Collaborate with different teams across AXA Group, including Risk Management, Data Analytics, IT, and Actuarial, to facilitate project workflows. Draft user guides, technical documentation, and reports related to catastrophe modeling activities. You will report to Senior Risk Manager - Catastrophe Risk Systems. What you will BRING Were looking for someone who has these abilities and skills: Required Skills and Abilities: Basic understanding of natural and man-made perils, and familiarity with modeling concepts. Good data management skills and experience with relevant tools. Awareness of insurance and reinsurance principles and data structures.
