The Senior Associate, Reporting role is key in building advanced analytical capabilities for the Markets division, including data sourcing, visualization, governance, and partner engagement. This role is essential in enabling data-driven decision-making through insightful dashboards and robust data processes. The team is forward-looking, continuously exploring emerging analytics trends, tools, and practices to ensure we have the skills and capabilities to support the Markets division now and in the future.

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Sourcing & Stewardship. Prepare, validate, and integrate data from diverse systems into strategic storage locations for reporting and visualization purposes. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all outputs.

  • Data Visualization. Build and develop compelling, actionable visualizations from large and complex datasets. Consolidate multiple data sources into dashboards that tell a clear and impactful story for business partners

  • Data Governance & Standards. Promote and implement visualization standards to drive transparency, consistency, and user adoption. Develop reusable data querying, transformation, and visualization methods to improve efficiency and scalability.

  • Project & Partner Management. Lead and prioritize reporting projects from initiation to delivery. Engage partners at all levels to capture requirements, handle expectations, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelors degree in a relevant field.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Proven experience with data visualization tools (Power BI).

    • Proficiency in writing database queries and stored procedures (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle).

    • Solid understanding of data and database technologies (data analysis, ETL/ELT processes).

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.

    • Experience with programming languages (R, Python) is a plus.

  • Analytical & Problem-Solving:

    • Ability to investigate complex data quality and integration issues.

    • Solid attention to detail and accuracy.

    • Curiosity and persistence in exploring data to uncover insights.

  • Communication & Leadership:

    • Skilled at translating business needs into technical requirements.
