The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Facilities / Operations Assistant to join our Brisbane - Ann St office on a full time, permanent basis.

In this role, you will provide efficient, effective facilities and mailroom services to assist both internal and external client needs.

This includes reception relief and ad hoc coverage at the Brisbane - Eagle St office, during peak busy periods throughout the day and occasionally for entire day shifts.

  • Similar experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • A high degree of professionalism, energy and enthusiasm with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
  • Excellent personal presentation, telephone manner and communication skills.
  • Time management skills with the ability and willingness to multi-task, organise and prioritise workload ensuring to follow through on all requests.
  • Excellent attention to detail and computer skills, with the ability to type with speed and accuracy.
  • Ability to perform manual handling tasks and remain physically active throughout the workday.
