Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firms operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

Position Summary:

As an Analyst, Compliance & Governance, you will be responsible for performing essential support/administrative tasks to support the People Compliance & Governance team. This role will support the People function in maintenance of pulling and analyzing data, document preparation, data entry, data analysis and other clerical duties essential to maintaining efficient processes help with the daily operations of the firms programs for Compliance & Governance.


Duties and Accountabilities:

  • Coordinate data gathering for reporting efforts as needed

  • Conduct periodic audit on key HR data review and deliver on compliance requirements

  • Liaise with vendors/consultants for regulatory process being the point of contact HR team

  • Assist team in gathering and preparing data for internal audit requests

  • Assist team in all aspects of HR regulatory and compliance review

  • Manage requests submissions and cases in MyPortal

  • Respond to and handle shared mailbox messages


Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years experience in a corporate environment

  • Data entry, data administration and data analysis experience for a global company is a plus

  • Strong knowledge of excel (reporting, VLookup)

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and navigating database systems

  • Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential.

  • Critical thinking and problem solving skills.

  • Ability to be flexible and handle multiple large projects.

  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work quickly and efficiently, prioritizing a varied workload with multiple stakeholders and shifting demands

  • Ability to manage stakeholder expectations by understanding stakeholder needs, determining alternatives to meet requirements and communicating appropriately.

  • Accountable team player with a constructive attitude, problem-solving and customer success mindset able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a geographically dispersed team

  • High degree of confidentiality needed.
