Full Job Description

Our Global Operating Center located in Manila is pivotal to enhancing the Firms operational efficiency and streamlining legal and business services support across our global network. Our center provides comprehensive administrative, financial and operational services across office operations, compliance and new business, finance, technology, human resources, innovation and marketing. By centralizing these critical functions, the center ensures consistency and quality in service delivery while reducing operational costs. Through its integrated approach, our Global Operating Center enables the Firm to focus on its core legal services, drive global growth and maintain high standards of client service across all offices.

The Analyst, Global Data Compliance is primarily responsible for supporting the firms data integrity. Reviewing and updating of timekeeper and client/matter related updates in the firms financial system (3E). Also, coordinating with Legal and Administrative Staff regarding modifications to Time and Cost entries.

The successful candidate must possess exceptional communication skills both written and oral, be able to anticipate issues and to work said issues towards resolution, be conscientious, be able to multi-task in a high paced environment.

The roles and responsibilities of this job include:

  • Responsible for time and cost entry corrections, deletions and duplicate entry removals
  • Responsible for processing all client and matter related modifications and to ensure that all requests are processed in compliance with the firms Global Pricing Guidelines
  • Responsible to review and action corrections of automated time and cost loads
  • Review and prioritize inquires received including and follow-up as needed with appropriate parties
  • Responsible for updating timekeeper records including billing rates
  • Responsible for processing and maintaining new client and matter rate exceptions and discounts
  • Ensuring all required approvals and documentation are recorded in 3E in accordance with the firms Global Pricing Guidelines

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business or any related course
  • At least a year of experience in a BPO or Shared Services industry is preferred
  • Experience in any financial software such as Elite 3E is an advantage
  • Legal background is an advantage
  • Strong data entry skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel (e.g. Pivot Tables and Data Analysis), Word, and PowerPoint
