Full Job Description

The Futures Execution Specialist will execute listed futures and related derivatives on Chinese exchanges (e.g., SHFE, DCE, CZCE, INE, CFFEX) to support the trading desks hedging and risk management. The role requires strong execution skills, attention to detail, and compliance with relevant rules and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute futures and options trades on China exchanges according to desk instructions and limits.
  • Use appropriate execution tactics based on market conditions.
  • Provide timely updates to the desk on trade status and market developments.
  • Ensure trades are booked accurately and reconcile with broker/exchange statements.
  • Adhere to trading limits, compliance requirements, and internal policies.
  • Coordinate with brokers, traders, and support teams to ensure smooth trade processing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
  • 26+ years in futures execution, trading support, or brokerage.
  • Familiarity with China futures markets and products.
  • Understanding of exchange trading, margining, and contract specifications.
  • Good judgement under pressure and strong attention to detail.
  • Clear communication and ability to escalate issues when needed.
  • Comfortable with trading systems and Excel.

Preferred

  • Experience across multiple China exchanges.
  • Mandarin language skills.
  • Basic coding or automation experience.

Working Conditions

  • Fast-paced environment; may require coverage during China day and night sessions
