Intro

An AI-powered claims company helping insurers handle claims faster and with a lot more empathy, across auto, property, travel and more. They're well funded, growing fast, and already trusted by insurers and MGAs on both sides of the Atlantic.

What you'll do

• Build the claims function from scratch: workflows, escalations, QA, the lot

• Set the standard for how claims get handled across every product line

• Get hands-on with the tricky, high-stakes cases yourself

• Team up with product and engineering to bring AI into the claims process

• Cut down on leakage and fraud, and sharpen recoveries and audit results

• Hire and grow a strong claims team

What we're looking for

• 7+ years in claims, ideally across auto, property or liability

• Some startup or scale-up experience under your belt

• Comfortable owning governance and making the tough calls

• Sharp on fraud, leakage, litigation risk and compliance

• Legal background is a plus

• You hate clunky processes and want to fix them, not just live with them
