About the team

Global Sales Enablement is responsible for driving productivity and effectiveness across Stripe's go-to-market organization. Our team designs and runs programs that equip account teams with the skills, knowledge, and tools they need to excelcovering Stripe's product suite, sales processes, and selling skills. We support user-facing go-to-market teams and their managers across the globe.

This role supports Stripe's product account executivesa specialist sales motion built around deep expertise across three product pillarsRevenue, Money Management, and Payments. Product account executives own end-to-end pipeline for specific product areas, working in close coordination with core account executives who anchor the customer relationship. Each team operates with a distinct product set, buyer profile, and sales motion, meaning their enablement needs vary significantly and demand a dedicated, expert partner.

What youll do

You'll act as a true strategic partner to product account executive leadershipproposing programs, staying deeply embedded with Product and Product Operations to anticipate what the field needs ahead of each launch, and building the systems that let enablement scale as the organization grows.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with product sales leadership to define and execute a strategic vision for enablement across Stripe's product sales organization
  • Scope, build, and continuously improve onboarding and ongoing training programs tailored to the unique requirements of each product sales role
  • Stay embedded with Product and Product Operations teams to understand Stripe's evolving product suite, anticipate upcoming releases, and ensure the field is ready before launch
  • Create and facilitate enablement content in partnership with subject matter experts, translating technical product knowledge and solution architectures into practical, scalable resources
  • Identify skill and knowledge gaps across product sales teams, then design programs that drive measurable improvements in productivity, expertise, and revenue
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and executives to align learning experiences with business goals and performance outcomes
  • Track enablement impact and use data to make informed decisions about where to invest next

  • Strong project management and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior executives as well as technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to operate cross-functionally and build productive relationships across a large organization

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience operating in a global, virtual environment across multiple time zones
  • Background in content creation, curation, or knowledge management platforms
  • Experience navigating ambiguity and building scalable solutions in a fast-changing environment
