What role you will play in our team

  • The position builds relationships with a dedicated customer portfolio while acting as a coordinator and a primary contact for Sales Operations.
  • Collaborate with functions such as Customer Service, Receivables, Supply Chain, etc. to enable comprehensive support of the Sales team as well as unique customer needs or issues.
  • Perform data analysis and generate actional insights to support decision-making and drive business outcomes.
  • Proactively initiate and drive improvements in automation, communication clarity, and process efficiency to ensure consistent and seamless customer experience.

What you will do

  • Customer Relationship Management
    Build and maintain trust-based relationships with customers and internal business units.
  • Sales Process and Operational Coordination
    Manage internal sales processes and respond to external customer requests (e.g., samples, documentation, surveys). Coordinate with Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Receivables, etc. to resolve issues and meet customer needs.
  • Take full ownership of escalated sales activities, including supply resolutions, CFBs, product returns, and disputes.

Key Activities include:

  • Volume forecast, allocation & Order Management
  • Price upload and settlement
  • VAT & Rebate Coordination
  • End to end Operational Support & Customer feedback response
  • Data & Insight Generation
    Prepare / analyze data sets and Sales Stewardship Reports to support sales activities and generate actionable insights
  • Process Improvement & Change Management
    Proactively identify process improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to automate workflows, streamline communication and reduce information handoffs. Lead end-to-end process and system enhancements both within team and across cross-functional partners.
  • System Support
    Provide first-level support for CRM and pricing tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Audit & Compliance Representation
    Represent the Sales function during audits and internal assessments (UIAs).

About you

  • Demonstrated initiative, and ownership in driving tasks forward
  • Strong independent problem-solving abilities in dynamic environments
  • Clear communication skillable to convey information effectively internally and externally, both in Chinese and English
  • Strong presentation skill able to articulate ideas and deliver impactful proposal to stakeholders clearly, concisely and effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset and strategic thinking capable of deriving actionable insights through comprehensive data collection and analysis from multiple sources. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required; experience with Tableau and Power BI is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated innovation and continuous improvement capabilities able to proactively identify process enhancement opportunities and effectively drive change initiatives with cross-functional teams.
  • Capability to collaborate cross functions, and with international workforce
  • 5-10 years experience in Sales Operations, Customer Service, Supply Chain related work is preferred
  • Experience of working in global company/ MNC is a plus
