Key Responsibilities
Strategy
Understand the requirements, create and document test cases to cover various scenarios, including functional, non-functional, and regression Testing
SuccessFactors HR application experience across Modules, preferably in Performance, Time & Absence modules.
Works closely with stakeholders & country SPOCs/Business to assess the nature of changes and metrics.
Take full ownership on E2E testing, including defect management.
Good experience in Agile Methodology and usage of ADO
Work closely with developers to understand issues, validate fixes, and improve software quality.
Creating and Maintaining Test Documentation:
Assess aspects like performance, security, usability, and reliability.
Business
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, in team and across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Processes
Need to understand the testing process and good knowledge on E2E testing life cycles, including ADO management
Risk Management
Ensure solution design addresses key requirements across various risk frameworks, and support the project team in preparing materials for appropriate Risk & Governance submissions & committees.
Ensure HR Services deliver effective management of operational risks in compliance with applicable internal policies, external laws and regulations at a global level.
Act to minimise operational loss and audit failures and take proactive measures to respond to matters arising, identify and manage forward looking risks.
Embed the Groups values and code of conduct across the team and larger function.
Ensure that Risk Management matters that are brought to the job holders attention are subject to direct remedial action and/or ensure adequate reporting to the appropriate Risk Committees
Regulatory & Business Conduct
Display exemplary conduct and live by the Groups Values and Code of Conduct.
Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
