- Partner with Trading, Sales, Structuring, Risk, Operations, Compliance, and IT teams to understand structure product business requirements and pain points.
    - Manage requirements from sales, engineering and operations.
    - Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
    - Challenge and optimize business requirements to ensure scalable and efficient solutions.
    - Perform impact analysis across systems, processes, and controls.
    - Support the users on their daily requests and ensure on-duty jobs whenever requested.
    - Synchronize on the global backlog with the global team.
    - Collaborate with the different local teams working for other business lines.
    - Autonomous to collect requirements, designing solution and developing application
    - Must be creative and innovative and propose better solutions whenever possible
    - Open-minded and curious to help rationalize and maintain the existing systems
    - Foresee possible issues to avoid them in early development stages
   -  Aware and curious about new technologies to share their benefits and explore them

   - Hold a relevant Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Finance or similar majors.
    - Proven experience of Business Analyst experience within investment banking, capital markets, or financial services.
    - Proven experience in delivering front-office or pre-trade technology project would be a plus.
    - Strong understanding of FX, Fixed Income, Equity Structured Products, Derivatives.
    - Willing to learn, able to learn quickly.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Have positive mindset and work as a team player.
    - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced trading environment.
    - Fluent in English is mandatory

Department Description

The department covers the front to back lifecycle of Structured Product, including the requirements from the financial engineers, sales, traders and middle office.

As part of the Global Banking Technology & Operations team, we work hand in hand with the software developers, project managers, and users to design, develop, and ensure the stability of global strategic solution for the Structured Product business line.
