We're seeking someone to join our Structured Notes Product Control team as a Product Controller in ISG Finance to provide financial analysis and business performance metrics to support senior management decision making.

In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm's financial and capital resources. This is a Director level position within the This is a Director position within our Product Controllers Job Family which specializes in ensuring adequacy of controls, profit and loss and balance sheet reporting and reconciliations for a segment / business / product area, as well as management reporting across business segments or cross-functional end-to-end product oversight.

What you'll do in the role:
- Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
- Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
- Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
- Act as a role model and culture carrier; Embody and set an example of the Firm's values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
- > Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
> Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
> Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
> Attest to data with respect to the accuracy and completeness of the financial statements which will ultimately role up into the externally reported financial statements
> Liaise with accounting policy to address any accounting questions that arise from new trade bookings
> Build and maintain networks with the Business Unit and other divisions
> Understand balance sheet, liquidity & funding movements related to the business activities
> Complete adhoc projects and queries as required by senior Finance and Business Unit management

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $100,000 and $155,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
